船舶交通管理工作需要值班员对复杂多变的船舶交通局面进行严格把控,并给予船舶操作者相应的交通组织、信息服务等。情景意识是人们对于事故发生的一种预知和警惕,其对值班员的工作质量有着重要影响,因而文中将讨论船舶交管值班工作中情景意识的应用,提出在船舶交管值班工作中获得、保持情景意识的方法以及防范情景意识丧失的措施。

As far as the management of VTS is concerned, officers on duty are required to strictly control the complicated and variable ship traffic situations and provide shipping operators with corresponding traffic organization, information service and so on. Situation awareness is a kind of foreseeing and vigilance for accidents. It has an important influence on the quality of the work of duty officers. Therefore, the paper probes into the application of situation awareness in the management of VTS, and proposes the methods for obtaining and maintaining situation awareness, and preventing the loss of situation consciousness.
