新时代欠发达地区乡村教师队伍建设的教育社会学研究——以河南省驻马店市为例

摘要 教育要发展,教师队伍建设是关键,乡村教师队伍存在诸多问题,成为桎梏乡村教育发展的瓶颈。基于实证调查和统计分析,厘清制约欠发达区域乡村教师队伍建设的症结,溯本求源,运用教育社会学进行理论归因分析,揭橥其深层根源,鉴于此厘定相应的对策和建议。 In the development of education,the construction of the teacher team is the key,and there are many problems in the rural teachers’ team,which become the bottleneck of the development of education in the countryside.Based on the empirical investigation and statistical analysis,the article attempts to clarify the problems restricting the construction of rural teachers.Then,the article carries out the attribution analysis,using sociology and finds its deeper original factor,based on which the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
