摘要
协同治理视域下,高校教师通过教学课程、教学研究成果间的协同共享,使资源得到充分的合作和交换。从而在实现学校发展的同时,实现社会经济协同发展的双赢。但在顺应协同发展过程中,高校存在专任教师量少且学科间结合不够、高校管理冗杂、产学研模式不匹配、信息化建设不完善的问题。因此,从共同愿景建设、民主化管理、新科技运用、日常生活保障四个维度建立共享式师资发展路径,以保障师资力量的长线发展。
Under the view of cooperative governance,the teachers of colleges and universities share the cooperation and exchange of resources through the cooperative sharing among the teaching courses and the results of the teaching research.In order to realize the development of the school,we can realize the win-win of the coordinated development of the society and the economy.But in the process of adaptation of collaborative development,there are some problems such as less full-time teachers,lacking of combining with other subjects,th miscellaneous management of university,production mode,mismatching of miscellaneous,imperfect of the information construction.Therefore,we should build shared type from the four dimensions of common vision,democratization,new technology and daily life,so as to establish a shared teacher development path and ensure the long-term development of teachers.
