基于教研组形式的独立学院外语教师专业学习共同体研究

摘要 以甘肃省某独立学院外语系三个教研组为研究对象,对专业学习共同体的内涵、独立学院外语教师专业素质发展现状、基于教研组形式的教师专业学习共同体的开展情况以及影响外语教师专业发展的因素进行了研究。最后,本文从学校政策、教研室组织行为以及教师三个方面提出基于教研组形式的独立学院外语教师专业学习共同体构建策略,一起促进独立学院外语教师的发展。 This article,taking three teaching and research groups of an independent college in Gansu Province as the research object,studies connotation of the professional learning community,the development status of foreign language teachers’ professional qualities,the development of teacher’s professional learning community based on the teaching and research group,and factors affecting professional development of foreign language teachers.Finally,this article proposes the construction strategies of foreign language teachers’ professional learning community in independent colleges based on the teaching and research group from three aspects:school policy,organization of the teaching and research groups,and teachers,to promote the development of foreign language teachers in independent colleges.
