脑卒中照顾者照顾反应与生活质量的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between care reaction and quality of life of caregivers of stroke patients

[目的]调查脑卒中病人照顾者照顾反应和生活质量现状,并分析照顾水平与生活质量的相关性。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、照顾者反应评估量表、生活品质问卷对198例脑卒中病人和主要照顾者进行问卷调查,并分析两者关系。[结果]脑卒中病人照顾者照顾水平得分为(3.33±0.38)分,处于中等水平,自尊感受、家人支持与生活质量呈正相关(P<0.05),时间安排与生活质量呈负相关。[结论]护理人员应为脑卒中病人及其照顾者提供连续的疾病相关知识和情感上的支持,提高照顾者的身心健康水平和应对能力,进而提高脑卒中照顾者及病人的生活质量。

Objective:to investigate the care reaction and quality of life(QOL)of the caregivers of stroke patients,and to analyze the correlation and countermeasures between the nursing level and QOL.Methods:A total of 198 stroke patients and their primary caregivers were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Caregiver Reaction Assessment(CRA),and the Quality of Life Questionnaire,and their correlation was analyzed.Results:The care level score of caregivers of patients with stroke was 3.33±0.38,which at a medium level,with a positive correlation between self-esteem,family support,and QOL,and a negative correlation between time disturbance and QOL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:nursing staff should provide continuous education and emotional support for stroke patients and their caregivers,improve their physical and mental health level and coping ability,and improve the QOL of stroke caregivers and patients.
