摘要
[目的]探讨营养干预对国内消化系统肿瘤病人的应用效果。[方法]计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库。检索时间为数据库建库至2017年1月。由2名研究者独立进行文献资料提取和质量评价,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]最终纳入定量合成Meta分析的文献24篇。Meta分析结果显示:与常规干预相比,营养干预可提高消化系统恶性肿瘤病人的生活质量,清蛋白及总蛋白水平,包括生活质量总体[WMD=6.43,95%CI(4.71,8.15),P<0.000 01];清蛋白水平[WMD=4.28,95%CI(3.19,5.37),P<0.000 01];总蛋白水平[WMD=4.07,95%CI(1.62,6.52),P<0.000 1]。[结论]营养干预不仅可以改善消化系统恶性肿瘤病人的清蛋白水平和总蛋白水平,而且可以提高病人的生活质量。
objective:to explore the effect of nutritional intervention on domestic patients with digestive system tumors.Methods:Literature were retrieved from CNKI,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform from the establishment until January 2017.Literature data extraction and quality evaluation were performed by 2 researchers independently,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 24 pieces of literature were included in the quantitative synthesis meta-analysis.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional intervention,nutritional intervention could improve the quality of life,albumin,and total protein levels of patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system,including the overall quality of life[WMD=6.43,95%CI(4.71,8.15),P<0.000 01];albumin level[WMD=4.28,95%CI(3.19,5.37),P<0.000 01];total protein level[WMD=4.07,95%CI(1.62,6.52),P<0.000 1].Conclusions:nutritional intervention could not only improve the albumin level and total protein level of patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system but also improve the quality of life of patients.
