群落生态视角下社会工作实务模型构建

The Construction of Social Work Practice Model in the Synecology Perspective

在理论与实务间构建操作模型是社会工作研究的重要课题,二者相脱节将影响服务的专业性和有效性。本文在生态系统理论基础上借用群落生态学视角和解释模型开展实务研究,将服务对象、社会工作者、行动和生境资源等社会工作要素系统置于"主体"、"伴行"、"连接"及"支撑"等生态位,并讨论各要素发挥功能的基本条件、评估标准和统整机制,以实现其活力状态。进而构建社会工作实务群落生态模型,并通过S个案的服务样例阐述其逻辑假设和实务框架,总结服务程序和干预策略,呈现社会工作实践的新视角。

To build an operational model between social work theory and practice is an important subject. The disjunction between theory and practice affects the professionalism and effectiveness of social work services.Based on Ecosystem Theory,using the Synecology Perspective mind,object system,social workers systems,mobile systems and habitats resource systems are respectively in the main niche,accompanied niche,connect and support niche in social work. Various elements of social work achieve their vitality state. And then,the Synecology Operation Model of social work was constructed. We can present the new perspective of Synecology of social work practical research through the case about S to explain the logical hypothesis and practical framework of the working process and summarize service procedures and intervention strategies.
