Exploration and Application of Poetry Therapy in Social Work Practice

作为社会工作服务的一种本土化探索,诗词疗法从中华传统文化中汲取精华,通过对传统诗词意境的分析、分享和反思来激发服务对象的心理复原机制,不仅有利于协助服务对象获得情感共鸣、情操陶冶、潜能激发、自我探索以及心理及社会功能的复原,更有利于中华优秀传统文化的继承、发扬与运用,从而实现社会工作的本土化。一方面,社会工作者既可以根据服务的人数而采取个案赏析模式、团体赏析模式或社区赏析模式,也可以根据服务的手法而采取自由想象模式、影像辅助模式或身临其境模式。另一方面社会工作者需要遵循诗词甄选、氛围营造、循环赏析、人格代入、情感升华和现实反思六个基本步骤,充分发挥带入、模拟、反复和升华技巧,实现诗词疗愈的目标。面向未来,社会工作者在运用诗词疗法的过程中,不仅需要具备娴熟的专业素质和技巧,更要考虑到服务对象的文化水平和生活兴趣,增强文化敏感和证据为本的意识。

As a localization exploration of the social work service,poetry therapy draw essence from the Chinese traditional culture. On the one hand,social workers can adopt individual,group or community appreciation modes according to the number of people they serve,and they can also adopt free imagination mode,image assistance mode or immersive mode according to the service methods. On the other hand,social workers need to follow the six basic steps of poetry selection,atmosphere creation,cycle appreciation,personality substitution,emotional sublimation and realistic reflection,to give full play to the skills of introduction,simulation,repetition and sublimation,so as to achieve the goal of poetry healing. Facing the future,social workers in the process of using poetry therapy not only need to have skilled professional quality and skills,but also take into account the cultural level and life interest of the service object,and enhance cultural sensitivity and evidence-based consciousness.
