湘西州旅游从业人员培训机制的优化与创新——基于人员培训满意度的研究

摘要 以湘西州旅游从业人员为研究对象,运用调查问卷法与模糊层次分析法进行湘西州旅游从业人员的培训满意度分析,总结出当前湘西州在旅游从业人员培训方面存在的问题:培训效果的满意度不高,政府政策支持的力度满意度不高,培训教材及培训方式选择与需求匹配程度的满意度较低,在培训资源利用程度与培训师资质量方面的满意度不高,以及培训实施流程方面的满意度较低。根据具体问题提出如下对策:强化培训效果,强化培训中的政府职能,促进培训内容和培训方法的进一步契合,促使培训资源投入的均衡化以及优化培训实施流程。从实际需求入手,推进湘西州旅游业的持续发展和地区经济的发展。 Take the tourism practitioners in Xiangxi as the research object,use the questionnaire method and the Fuzzy-AHP to obtain and analyze the training satisfaction degree of the tourism practitioners in Xiangxi,there are existing problems like: the satisfaction degree of the training effect is not high; the satisfaction degree of the strength of the government policy support is not high; the degree of satisfaction between the choice of training materials and training methods and the degree of needs matching is relatively low; low level of satisfaction with the utilization of training resources and the quality of training of teachers,and lower levels of satisfaction in the training implementation process. According to the specific problems,we put forward countermeasures:strengthen the training effect and the government function in the training,promote further integration of training content and training methods,keep the balance of training resources input and optimize the training implementation process. Starting with the actual needs,promote the sustainable development of tourism in Xiangxi and the development of regional economy.
