金秀瑶族自治县社会主义核心价值观乡土化的困境及对策

加强金秀县社会主义核心价值观乡土化,使其成为金秀县各族人民的价值信仰和行为指导,能够为金秀县落实中央提出的"两个一百年"目标提供强大的精神动力。目前,金秀县核心价值观乡土化过程中存在重形式轻内容、基本保障设施滞后、核心价值观乡土化与乡村治理的契合度较低、核心价值观倡导的理念与部分群众的价值理念不兼容等问题,这些问题在一定程度影响了核心价值观乡土化的进程。因此,将核心价值观嵌入群众日常生活的现实诉求中,嵌入群众日常生活话语体系中,加强核心价值观与乡村社会治理的契合度,完善核心价值观乡土化的保障体系建设,是金秀县核心价值观乡土化的可行性途径。

Strengthening the localization of Jinxiu County’s socialist core values,making it the value belief and behavioral guidance of the people of all ethnic groups in Jinxiu County,can promote Jinxiu County to provide a strong spiritual motivation for the implementation of the"Two Centenary Goals"proposed by the central. At present,Jinxiu County’s core values of localization have a heavy form of light content,the basic guarantee facilities are lagging behind,the core values of localization and rural governance are less compatible,and the core values are not incompatible with the values of some people. These issuesaffect the process of localization of core values to a certain extent. Therefore,embedding core values into the realistic appeals of the daily life of the masses,embedding them into the daily discourse system of the masses,strengthening the fit of core values and rural social governance,and improving the construction of the core values of the localized security system is the core value of Jinxiu County’s feasibility approach.
