论学术型硕士研究生学术生态危机及其治理

Study on the Ecological Crisis and Governance of Academic Postgraduate Students

学术型硕士研究生学术生态是由学术型硕士研究生、学术活动及其所在的学术环境三大核心因子构成的统一体,各因子间相互联系、相互制约,任一因子的改变都将影响整个生态系统。通过对我国5所高校学术型硕士研究生学术生态现状调查分析发现,受学术道德教育、学术价值观、学术考核机制、学术监督力度及学术活动参与度等因素的影响,学术型硕士研究生学术生态存在学术规范认知差异度高、学术功利主义倾向严重、学术失范行为普遍等问题。对此,从创新学术道德教育模式、培育学术自律、完善学术制度、健全监督体系及营造学术文化等方面提出治理策略。

The academic ecology of academic postgraduate students is a unity,which is consists of academic postgraduate student,academic activities and academic environment. The interaction of three core factors has caused the dynamic ecology,that is,either change will affect the entire ecosystem. Through investigation and analysis of the current situation of academic ecology of academic postgraduate students in five Chinese universities,argue that due to the influence of academic ethical education,academic values,academic assessment mechanism,academic supervision and academic participation,there are some problems with the academic ecology of academic postgraduate students,such as high difference recognition of academic norms,serious tendency of academic utilitarianism,universality of academic misconduct and so on. Therefore,this research proposes some governance strategies from innovating education models of academic morality,cultivating academic self-discipline,improving academic system,perfecting supervision system and building academic culture.
