随着我国经济的不断发展,对于专业英语人才的需求也是日益强烈,专业英语人才作为与经济贸易的沟通媒介作用日益凸显。黑龙江省作为边境省市对外沟通交流日益增多,同时哈尔滨等部分城市作为旅游城市对于专业的英语人才的需求量也与日俱增,因此对于高等职业院校英语师资队伍建设需求更加凸显。基于此,对黑龙江省高等职业院校英语师资队伍现状进行探究,解析高等职业院校英语师资队伍建设的一般原则,提出黑龙江省高等职业院校英语师资队伍建设应对策略。希望为黑龙江省高等职业院校英语师资队伍建设及人才培养发展服务。

With the development of China’s economy,English professional talents are more needed. Professional English talents are playing an increasingly prominent role as a medium of communication with the economy and trade. Heilongjiang Province,as a border province and city,has more and more communication with foreign countries. At the same time,some cities such as Harbin,as a tourist city,is increasingly demanding of professional English talents. Since the undergraduate college training focuses on professional research,the demand for the construction of professional English teachers in higher vocational colleges is more prominent. Based on the comparative study of the present situation of English teachers in Heilongjiang vocational colleges,analyze the general principles of the construction of English teachers in Vocational colleges,and put forward the corresponding strategies for the construction of English teachers in Heilongjiang vocational colleges. It is hoped to serve the construction of English teaching staff and the development of personnel training in Heilongjiang Vocational Colleges.
