基于寿命周期费用的系统可靠性与维修性关系研究

摘要 可靠性和维修性直接影响系统的可用性和寿命周期费用。在满足可用性的前提下,应确保系统寿命周期费用最低。探讨了可靠性与维修性对可用性的影响;定量分析了系统寿命周期费用与可靠性和维修性的关系,并建立相应的数学模型;通过综合权衡系统可用性和寿命周期费用,确定系统的可靠性和维修性参数。以中低速磁浮列车悬浮系统为例验证了寿命周期费用模型的可行性与实用性。 Reliability and maintainability directly affect the availability and life cycle cost of a system,the minimum life cycle cost of the system should be ensured on the premise of satisfying the availability. In this paper,the effect of reliability and maintainability on availability is discussed; the relationship between the system life cycle cost,the reliability and the maintainability is quantitatively analyzed,a corresponding mathematical model is established; with a comprehensive tradeoff of the system availability and life cycle costs,the reliability and maintainability parameters of the system are determined. The feasibility and practicability of the life cycle cost model are verified by taking the suspension system of medium and low speed maglev train for example.
