摘要
为满足战备隧道改造为大尺寸区间设防地铁的特殊需求,提出了大跨度、大尺寸单洞双线隧道双扇防护密闭区间隔断门设计,采用活门槛解决了隔断门道床平面密封问题。通过数值模拟对门扇所受应力进行计算,通过密封性能测试验证了隔断门的气密性。计算与测试结果表明,双扇防护密闭隔断门的受力合理,密闭性能良好,满足使用要求。
In order to meet the special needs of large-size metro interval modified by war preparedness tunnel,the design of the blast partition double-leaf door for a single-hole and doubleline metro tunnel with large-span and large-size is proposed,in which the bed plane seal problem of partition door is solved by adopting the live threshold. The stress on door leaf is calculated through numerical simulation,the air tightness of partition door is also verified by tightness test. The results of calculation and test shows that the blast partition double-leaf door could meet the user’ s requirements with good air tightness and reasonable stress performance.
