高原环境下煤粉燃烧特性及水泥熟料烧成系统优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 高原地区具有高海拔、低大气压和低氧质量浓度的环境特征,其对煤粉的着火和燃烧特性有着显著的影响,容易造成煤粉着火难、燃烧速率慢、难燃尽及能耗高等问题。为此通过剖析高原环境影响煤粉燃烧的内在机制,明晰了高原环境下煤粉着火延迟、燃烧速率减缓和燃尽率降低的原因;并结合实际的热工检测经验,分析高原环境对水泥窑烧成系统主要设备(窑、分解炉及预热器)工作状态的影响,并结合富氧燃烧和CFD数值模拟等给出了具有生产指导意义的优化措施和技术潜力点。 The plateau area has the environm ental characteristics of high altitude, low atmospheric pressure and low oxygen mass concentration, which has a significant influence on the ignition and combustion characteristics of pulverized coal, and easily cause the problems of ignition difficulty, slow combustion rate, difficult burnout and high energy consumption. By analyzing the internal mechanism of the impact of the plateau environment on pulverized coal combustion, this paper clarifies the causes of the fire delay, the slow combustion rate and the decrease of the burning rate of pulverized coal in the plateau environment, and analyzes the influence of the plateau environment on the working state of the main equipment(kiln, decomposition furnace and preheater) of the cement kiln sintering system. Combined with oxygenenriched combustion and CFD numerical simulation, the optimization measures and technical potential are given for guiding the production.
