湛江市城区老年人医养结合需求及影响因素分析

Analysis of demand and influencing factors of medical-nursing combined service among the elderly in urban areas of Zhanjiang city

[目的]了解湛江市城区老年人医养结合需求情况,探讨其影响因素,为因地制宜地发展医养结合养老模式提供依据。[方法]随机抽取湛江市霞山区、赤坎区的368名社区老人进行问卷调查对结果进行统计学描述及Logistic回归分析。[结果]368例老年人中有201例有医养结合需求,医养结合需求率为54.6%。Logistic回归分析显示年龄、医疗保险类型、慢性病患病情况、生活自理能力、医养结合认知程度进入了回归方程。[结论]湛江市城区老年人医养结合需求较高,年龄、医疗保险类型、患慢性病种数、生活自理能力、医养结合认知程度是影响湛江市城区老年人医养结合需求的影响因素。

Objective:To understand the demand of medical nursing combined service among the elderly in the urban areas of Zhanjiang city,to explore the influencing factors,and to provide a basis for the development of medical and health combination according to local conditions.Methods:A total of 368 community elderly in Xiashan District and Chikan District of Zhanjiang City were randomly surveyed.The results were statistically described and received Logistic regression analysis.Results:Among the 368 elderly people,201 cases had the demand for the medical nursing combined service,and the demand rate was 54.6%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,the type of medical insurance,the prevalence of chronic diseases,the self care ability,and the cognition of medical nursing combined service entered the regression equation.Conclusions:The demand for medical nursing combined service among the elderly in the urban areas of Zhanjiang City was high.The age,the type of medical insurance,the number of chronic diseases,the self care ability,and the cognition of medical nursing combined service were the influencing factors affecting the demand for medical nursing combined service among the elderly in Zhanjiang city.
