输尿管镜碎石术后全身炎症反应综合征危险因素分析及预防护理进展

Analysis of risk factors and prevention nursing process of systemic inflammatory response syndrome after ureteroscopic lithotripsy

综述了输尿管镜碎石术后病人发生全身炎症反应综合征的危险因素,包括术前尿路感染、结石相关因素、术中灌注压力、手术时间、术后引流不畅及病人自身因素等。通过加强全身炎症反应综合征并发症的防治及护理,对于术前有尿路感染病史及结石合并梗阻的病人要提高警惕,严格控制感染,术中注意减少灌注压力、避免输尿管壁损伤、缩短手术时间,术后严密监控病情变化并及时有效治疗与护理,以降低全身炎症反应综合征发生率。

This article reviewed the risk factors of systemic inflammatory response syndrome in patients after ureteroscopic lithotripsy,including preoperative urinary tract infection,calculi related factors,intraoperative perfusion pressure,operation duration,poor postoperative drainage,and patient′s own factors.By strengthening the prevention and treatment of complications of systemic inflammatory response syndrome,patients with a history of urinary tract infection and calculus with obstruction should be vigilant,strictly control infection,pay attention to reduce perfusion pressure during the operation,avoid ureteral wall injury,shorten surgery duration,postoperative monitoring the condition changes,treat and nursing timely and effectively,to reduce the incidence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
