摘要 通过对衰弱的概念、术前衰弱的流行病学、术前衰弱常用评估工具以及衰弱对术后不良结局的预警作用的阐述,以期为我国开展术前衰弱评估研究提供相关的参考和思路。 This article expanded the concept of frailty,epidemiology of preoperative frailty,common assessment tools for preoperative asthenia,and warning on postoperative adverse outcomes by preoperative frailty,so as to provide the relevant reference and ideas for preoperative frailty assessment research in China.
