桥梁现浇箱梁支架施工方案研究

Research on Construction Scheme for Cast-in-situ Box Beam Support of Bridge

现浇箱梁支架施工具有施工工艺复杂、流程繁琐等特点,因此在具体施工过程中应该合理组织施工、控制工程质量。以某高架桥(K43+966. 63～K45+720)右幅第一联为工程实例,对桥梁的现浇箱梁支架施工方案与施工工艺进行设计和探讨,对于现浇箱梁支架设计和施工具有较好的指导作用。

The construction of cast-in-situ box beam support is with features of complex construction technology,cumbersome procedure and so on. Therefore,the construction should be organized reasonably during the specific construction procedure to control the engineering quality. Taking the first section of the right side of an overhead viaduct( K43 + 966. 63 ~ K45 + 720) as the engineering project,the design and discussion on the construction scheme and construction technology of cast-in-situ box beam support of bridge are made,which has better guidance effect for the design and construction of cast-in-situ box beam support.
