摘要 新建隧道穿越既有上下行分离式隧道充分利用了既有隧道地质,并结合新建隧道地质钻探、物探及超前地质预报,保证了工程地质的准确。以不同净距计算方法为理论依据,结合现场实际进行比选,确定最合理的穿越位置,施工中采取严格的降振控制爆破措施和可行的隧道开挖方案,通过动态设计方法和信息化施工,结合监控量测、超前地质预报等数据分析结果,调整设计参数以指导施工,保证了既有隧道的结构稳定和安全,确保了施工过程中既有隧道安全运营,并顺利通过了小净距区段,证明了方案的可行合理,为复杂空间结构的地下工程的设计、施工提供参考和借鉴。 The geology of the existing tunnel is fully utilized for the newly-built tunnel passing through the existing upper and lower separated tunnels. In combination with the geological drilling,geophysical prospecting and advance geological forecast of newly-built tunnel,the correctness of engineering geology is guaranteed. Taking the calculation method of different clear distances as the theoretical basis,the comparison and selection are made by combining with the site practice, and the most reasonable penetration location is determined. During the construction,the strict vibration reduction control blasting measures and the feasible tunnel excavation schemes are adopted. Through the dynamic design method and information construction,the design parameters are adjusted by combining with the analysis results of data like monitoring measurement,advance geological forecast and so on to guide the construction. The structural stability and safety of the existing tunnel are guaranteed,the safety operation of the existing tunnel during the construction is guaranteed,the section of small clear distance is passed smoothly,and the feasibility and reasonability of the scheme are testified,so as to provide reference for the design and construction of underground engineering with complex space structure.
