The economical policies of the Soviet government in Sichuan-Shaanxi Revolutionary Base surpass space and time and today they are valuable since they have the following five features:clear orientation of plocies,explicit duty for the staff,development of cooperatives,emphasis on tax and amplification on tax types,and commercial trades and market economy activities in a certain condition.
