基层医院临床护士职业认同现状及影响因素分析

The current situation of professional identity and its influential factors analysis of clinical nurses in primary hospitals

目的:了解基层医院临床护士的职业认同现状并探讨其影响因素,为基层医院护理管理提供参考和依据。方法:运用刘玲编制的《护士职业认同评定量表》对川东北地区3所县级医院和11所乡镇医院的541名护士进行调查,应用SPSS23. 0对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:基层医院临床护士职业认同总分为(107. 46±18. 06)分,处于中等水平,影响基层医院临床护士职业认同的因素有任职方式、家人与朋友的支持、身体健康状况、工作满意度等。结论:基层医院临床护士的职业认同水平有待进一步提高,管理者应采取针对性的措施,提升基层医院临床护士的职业认同水平。

Objective: To explore the status of professional identity of clinical nurses in primary hospitals and discuss its influential factors,to provide references and basis for nursing management in primary hospital. Methods: Using the Professional Identity Scale for Nurse compiled by Liu Ling,541 nurses from 3 county hospitals and 11 township hospitals in Northeast Sichuan were investigated,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 23. 0. Results: The total score of professional identity of clinical nurses in primary hospitals is( 107. 46 ± 18. 06),the professional identity of nursing was in the middle level. Methods of employment,the support of family and friend,physical health and job satisfactions were the important influential factors of professional identity of clinical nurses in primary hospitals. Conclusion: The levels of professional identity of clinical nurses in primary hospitals needs to be improved,nursing managers should take active measures to improve the level of nurse professional identity in primary hospitals.
