204例0～7岁儿童眼外伤住院患儿资料分析及出院后管理

Post discharge management of 204 cases with ocular trauma in children beneath 7 years old

目的:分析204例0～7岁儿童眼外伤的临床特点,总结出院后护理经验,为建立良好的出院后管理模式及眼外伤的预防提供理论依据。方法:对204例0～7岁眼外伤住院患儿病例资料进行分析总结。结果:0～7岁儿童眼外伤男性患儿多见,约为女性患儿2倍,好发年龄以4～7岁多见,其次为2～3岁,1岁内少见;农村地区多于城镇,多数眼外伤为意外伤,原因多样,受伤类型以闭合性眼损伤及开放性眼损伤常见;多数患儿经治疗后视力不同程度提高,但常伴随角膜瘢痕等并发症。结论:7岁内儿童眼外伤较常见,且后果严重,结合患儿眼外伤类型及不同年龄阶段视力、心理发育特点,强化出院后延续性护理服务管理,能有效预防眼外伤及并发症。

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of 204 cases with ocular trauma under 7 years of age,and summarize the nursing experience after discharge,and hope to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a good post discharge management model and the prevention of ocular trauma.Methods:204 cases of ocular trauma were analyzed and summarized.Results:Children with eye trauma within 7 years old were more common in male children,around 2 times of female children.The majority of them were in 4~7 years old,followed by 2~3 years,however,beneath 1 years old was infrequent.It was obvious that the eye trauma in rural areas more universal than that in cities and towns.Most ocular injuries were accidental injuries with various causes.The most common injury types were closed eye injury and open eye injury.After treatment,the best correct visual acuity of most children had improved,nevertheless,it could also lead to corneal scar and other complications.Conclusion:Eye injuries are common in children under 7 years old and have serious consequences.The nursing care after leave hospital should be established and sustained combined with the characteristics of ocular trauma and the development of visual and psychological of children in different age stages,which can be effective to prevent the occurrence and complications of ocular trauma.
