五利模型与现代国有企业体制机制创新

摘要 国有企业改革进入深水区,触及到各方的利益诉求,需要从整体上把握好新时代新思想赋予国有企业发展的新机遇,需要从不同利益方角度思考企业治理的架构设计,而普通劳动者利益的维护对企业发展良好机制的建立,具有不可小视的作用。应发挥好法律赋予工会维护职工权益的基本职能作用,维护好其平等协商的法律地位,本文提出了"五利模型"供参考。 The reform of SOE is now entered into profundities to the interest quick of all parties.Thus need to grasp well of the new opportunities endowed to SOE development from new era and new thought;need to consider architectural design of enterprise management from different interest party points of view.While the ordinary workers interests’protection to establish good mechanism of enterprise development plays a role of not being underestimate.The basic function of safeguarding the rights and interests of workers and staff from the law endowed to labor union should be played well;equal consultation legal status should be maintained well.Thus the paper has put forward the“five interests’model”for reference.
