韩国农村融合产业经营体的经营性与决定因素分析

Analysis of the management and decision factors of rural combined industry in Korea

本文研究了影响韩国第六产业实体销售的因素,并探讨了第六产业经济效益提升的配套措施。1)要编制解决措施手册,以解决第六产业经营困难;由于第六产业的管理知识对管理绩效产生了积极影响,因此还需要与初创公司建立管理指导关系,以培训管理指导。2)系统化管理比个体化管理更能提高管理绩效;首先要考虑如何为诱导"系统化"提供政治激励,为第六产业的进一步扶持提供政策支持。3)根据经销商的不同,第六产业中最低10%,最低50%和前10%的公司表现出不同的经营业绩。4)当内部生产份额较高时,管理绩效较低;但从阈值来看,当内部生产份额较高时,管理绩效也较高。实际上,不可能增加参与第六产业内部生产部分的所有公司。因此,需要考虑确保第六产业人力资源的措施,该第六产业可以由第六产业的商业实体一起使用。

This paper studied the factor affeeting the sale of the sixth industry in Korea,and discussed the supporting measures of the economic efficiency of the sixth industry as well.At first,it’s necessary to prepare the manual of the resolution measures for solving the difficulties of operating business of the 6th industry;it’s also needed to establish the mentee-mentor relationship with start up companies for teaching the management know-hows,since the management know-how of the 6th industry has positively affected management performance.Secondly,systemized management was better than individual management for enhancing the management performance;it’s necessary to consider the way of providing the political incentive for inducing’systemization’first,for the further support policy of the 6th industry.Thirdly,the companies of the 6th industry which are at the lowest 10%,the lowest 50%,and the top 10%showed the different management performance according to the dealers.Fourthly,when the portion of internal produc-tion was high,the management performance was low;however,from the threshold value,when the portion of internal production was high,the management performance was also high.However,realistically,it’s not possible to increase all of the companies participating in the 6th industry’s portion of internal production.Thus,it is required to consider the measure of securing the man power of the 6th industry that can be used together by the business entities of the 6th industry.
