基于用药安全管理程序在老年病科护理工作的应用效果分析

Application of Safe Medication Management Procedure in Nursing Work in Department of Geriatrics

目的:分析并讨论用药安全管理程序应用于老年病科护理工作中的临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2016年3月我院收治的老年病患者188例,随机分为两组,观察组按照用药安全管理程序开展用药护理工作,对照组进行常规用药护理。比较两组的用药安全事件发生情况及患者用药满意度。结果:观察组用药安全事件、皮试与抗生素不符、溶媒错误发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组医嘱纠错率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组用药总满意率(97.87%)明显高于对照组(84.04%)(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:用药安全管理程序应用于老年病科护理工作能有效提升用药水平,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of medication safety management program applied in the department of geriatrics in nursing work.Methods:188 cases of elderly patients treated in our hospital from April,2015 to March,2016 were selected,divided into two groups randomly;the observation group carried out medication nursing work in accordance with medication safety management program,the control group was preceded with routine medication care.Compared the medication safety incidents of the two groups and patient's medication satisfaction.Results:The medication safety events,skin test was not in conformity with antibiotics,and the error rate of antibiotic solvent in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference had statistical significance.The doctor-error-correction rate of the observation group was remarkably higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The total medication satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.87%) was obviously higher than that of control group (84.04%)(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of medication safety management program in the department of geriatrics in nursing work can effectively improve the medication level,and it is worthy of being widely popularized.
