文化是民族的血脉,是国家的灵魂,是人民守望的精神家园。文化建设是建设中国特色社会主义总体布局中的重要组成部分。改革开放以来我国的文化建设取得了显著成就,但也面临一些问题。为了实现新时代文化建设的目标,我们要深刻贯彻落实习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出的新时代文化建设理论,寻找有效路径推进新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设。

Culture is the blood of a nation,the soul of a country,and it gives the people a sense of belonging.Cultural construction is an important part of the overall plan of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since reform and opening up,the cultural construction of our country has achieved remarkable achievements,but also faced with some problems.In order to achieve the goal of cultural construction in the New Era,we must deeply implement the theory of cultural construction in the New Era put forward by general secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,and find effective ways to promote cultural construction in the New Era.
