论改革开放以来中国共产党新的伟大斗争

On the Great Struggle of the CPC After the Reform and Opening-up

党的十一届三中全会开启了以经济建设为中心的中国特色社会主义新征程,中国共产党领导人又重提"革命""斗争"这些革命时期的话语体系。就是说,在中国特色社会主义新时期和新时代,要以革命精神和斗争状态来进行与革命时代不同的建设和改革。文章从新的伟大斗争的党情、国情和世情的三大背景出发,认为新的伟大斗争的性质是社会主义主义制度的自我完善和发展,采取的是渐进的变革方式,阐述了基于习近平所提出的新的伟大斗争四个基本特征,论述了新的伟大斗争三个方面的现实意义,从领导力量、工作重心、目标任务、改革开放主题以及外部环境等五个方面,总结了新的伟大斗争的基本经验。

The Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee opened a new journey of socialism with Chinese characteristics centered on economic construction,and the leaders of the Communist Party of China re-mentioned the discourse system of“revolution”and“struggle”in these revolutionary periods.That is to say,in the new period and new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should carry out construction and reform in a different way from that in the revolutionary era with revolutionary spirit and struggle.Starting from the three major backgrounds of the new great struggle,namely,the Party's situation,the national situation and the world situation,the article holds that the nature of the new great struggle is the self-improvement and development of the socialist system and the gradual transformation method adopted.It expounds the four basic characteristics of the new great struggle proposed by Xi Jinping,and discusses the practical significance of three aspects of the new great struggle.This paper summarizes the basic experience of the new great struggle from five aspects:the power of leadership,work focus,objectives and tasks,reform and opening-up theme and external environment.
