摘要
阐述了再生塑料托盘国内外概况,分析了聚丙烯回收再生托盘成型的过程,并且再生托盘自重减轻26%～42%,利用聚丙烯再生塑料进行物流托盘的生产制造是一种可持续发展的塑料发展方向,但同时国内废旧塑料的管理分类尚不完善,因此对实际投产制造存在较大的阻碍。
The development of recycled plastic pallet was investigated,and PP recycling manufacture process.The PP material recycled plastic pallet weight has reduce about 26%~42%.,and discussed the pallet test with smart pallet for management.The use of PP recycled material is a sustainable development direction of plastic.But the management of post consumer plastics is a challenge in China.
