摘要
本文系统地研究了国家市场监管总局新公布新修订的《食品相关产品生产许可实施细则(一):食品用塑料包装容器工具等制品部分》和《工业产品生产许可证实施细则通则》,并与旧版细则进行对比,对其不同之处及相关重点内容进行了概述。给生产企业、监管部门和质检单位提供了参考和借鉴,对维护该生产行业市场秩序具有重要意义。
This paper systematically studies the implementation rules of the production license for food-related products(I):plastic packaging containers and tools for food and other products and the general rules for the implementation of the production license for industrial products issued by the state administration of market supervision,and compares them with the old version of the rules,and summarizes the differences and relevant key contents.It provides reference and reference for production enterprises,supervision departments and quality inspection units,and is of great significance for maintaining the market order of the production industry.
