摘要
食品委托加工是市场经济下的新产物,有利于降低食品生产经营者的运营成本,促进资源优化配置和再分配。在食品委托加工活动中,涉及到的问题较多,尤其是在委托加工资质条件、食品标签信息和质量责任归属等方面出现的问题较为常见,需要食品生产经营者重点关注。
Food commissioning is a new product under the market economy,which is conducive to reducing the operating costs of food producers and operators,and promoting the optimal allocation and redistribution of resources.In the food entrusted processing activities,there are many problems involved,especially in the aspects of entrusted processing qualification conditions,food label information and quality responsibility attribution,which are more common and need to be paid attention by food producers and operators.
