摘要
结合《饮料生产许可审查细则(2017版)》中对包装饮用水生产许可审查要求及审核经验,从产品分类、生产场所、设备设施、生产工艺及管理制度、试制产品检验等五方面进行解读,分析包装饮用水生产许可审查要求,为包装饮用水生产许可现场核查提供参考。
Based on the requirements for the production permitreview of packaged drinking water in the“Beverage Production Permit Detailed Rules(2017 Edition)”,this paper analyzed the requirements for the production permit review of packaged drinking water from five aspects:classification,production site,equipment and facilities,production technology and management system,and test of trial products,in order to provide references for on-site verification.
