党的十八大以来,习近平同志反复强调:"中国共产党的领导是中国特色社会主义最本质的特征。""坚持党的领导"作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容之一,有着重要指导意义,为新时代工运事业指明了方向。工会为什么要坚持党的领导,可以从理论、历史和现实三个视角加以考察分析;工会怎样坚持党的领导,则需要辩证地处理好坚持党对工会的领导与工会独立自主地开展工作之间的关系,处理好工会组织"公转"与"自转"的关系。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Comrade Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that the leadership of the CPC is the most essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As one of the important components of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,adhering to the leadership of the Party is of great guiding significance in pointing out the direction for the cause of the labor movement in the new era.The reasons why trade unions should adhere to the leadership of the party can be examined and analyzed from the theoretical,historical,and realistic perspectives.In terms of how trade unions should adhere to the leadership of the party,we need to handle the relationship of the party's leadership in trade unions and the trade unions’independent work,and of the trade unions organizations’"revolution"and its’"rotation".
