光感受器变性性疾病中视网膜二级神经元突触结构及功能的改变 被引量:1

摘要 光感受器变性性疾病是一组以感光细胞进行性凋亡,最终致不可逆视功能损伤甚至失明的疾病。虽然近年基因治疗、视网膜干细胞或祖细胞移植、视觉假体等治疗方式不断取得进展,但其临床应用仍受限。大量研究已证实,该病早期便累及光感受器与二级神经元之间的突触传递。本文综述视网膜二级神经元突触在变性过程中结构与功能的改变。 Photoreceptor-degeneration diseases are a group of diseases characterized by progressive apoptosis of photoreceptors which ultimately lead to irreversible visual impairment even blindness.Recently,although progress has been made in gene therapy,retinal progenitor cells transplantation and visual prosthesis,clinical application is still limited.Massive researches have confirmed that modifications of synapse between photoreceptors and second-order neurons occurred in early stage. Here we reviewed morphological and functional modifications of synapse of second-order neurons during photoreceptor-degeneration diseases.
