摘要
对莱钢3~#3200m^3高炉强化冶炼实践进行了总结,通过原料监控及炉料结构优化措施,摸索出适宜的上下部操作制度,使高炉指标达到了较好的水平,并保持了长期稳定运行。强化冶炼以来,利用系数稳步提升,最高时达到2.79t/(m^3·d)。
The practice of strengthening smelting of Laiwu Steel NO.3 3200 m^3 BF is summarized in the paper. The BF achieve a good result and keep a long-term and stable operation by monitoring materials, optimizing burden structure and groping for the top and bottom of the appropriate operating system. The utilization coefficient has been steadily increased, reaching a peak of 2.79 t/(m^3 · d)since the intensified smelting.
