摘要
对日照精品基地"一罐到底"铁水运输工艺的工序能力匹配、铁水运输的时序进行解析。结果表明,高炉双铁口交替出铁时,配置10个铁水罐和6辆铁水运输车可满足铁水运输要求,且铁水罐和车周转率高,铁水罐周转次数5～6次/d,铁水运输车周转次数8～9次/d,铁水运输安全、环保、有序、高效。
The capacity match between working units,and the task scheduling of hot metal transportation have been analyzed for "One Ladle to BOF" in Rizhao super quality products base.The results show that ten hot metal ladles and six metal cars can meet the requirement of hot metal transportation during double iron notch tapping.The heat cycle times of hot metal ladles and cars are high up to 5-6 times of ladles and 8-9 times of cars in one day.And it shows that hot metal transportation runs in the status of security,environmental protection,order and high efficiency.
