摘要
对干熄焦火泥使用情况及性能特点进行分析;在对粒度配比、结合剂等因素对火泥指标、施工性能及使用性能的影响分析基础上,选择合理的原料配比及结合剂,引入二氧化硅微粉及高温缓冲剂A,研制出干熄焦用缓冲型耐火泥,并在山钢集团、武钢、安阳钢铁等国内20多座干熄焦炉成功使用。
This paper analyzes the application and performance characteristics of Refractory mortar for CDQ. Based on the analysis of effect of particle size ratio, binder and other factors on properties, construction performance and application performance of Mortar, a buffered mortar for CDQ is developed by choosing reasonable raw material ratio and binder, introducing silica powder and high temperature buffer A. Refractory mortar has been successfully applied to many new CDQ and be used to maintenance works of CDQ.
