摘要
分析了烧结过程中脱硫率的影响因素。通过试验表明,燃料用量过多和过少都能降低脱硫率,在用量为3.7%~4.0%时最佳;原矿粉粒度在7 mm时脱硫率达到最佳;烧结碱度的增加能明显降低脱硫率。通过方程式简述了脱硫反应机理。
The influencing factors of desulphurization rate in sintering process were analyzed. Experiments show that excessive and low fuel consumption can reduce the desulfurization rate, which is the best when the fuel consumption is 3.7%-4.0%. The desulfurization rate is the best when the particle size of raw ore is 7 mm and the increase of sintering basicity can obviously reduce the desulfurization rate. The reaction mechanism of desulfurization is briefly described by equation.
