摘要
分析铁前原燃料品种多、波动大等现实问题,创建点动式系统管控模型。通过明确关键管控点、网络数据信息采集、"加严、一般、放宽"式动态管理和重点把关,使原燃料质量管控水平得到显著提高,同时也大幅压缩了质量把关运行成本。
The practical problems such as varieties and fluctuations of raw materials and fuel are analyzed, and a point-moving system control model is created. By defining key control points, collecting network data and information, "tighten, general, relax" dynamic management and key controls, the control level of raw materials and fuel quality has been significantly improved and the operation cost of quality control has also been greatly reduced.
