摘要
结合宽厚板定制化生产要求和国内某宽厚板产线实际,提出了一种宽厚板全流程智能产线网络架构设计思路。在传统架构上,纵向增设生产数据集成管理平台和产线专业管理系统模块,横向构建具有全流程特征的质量分析、设备诊断管理及能源管理模块,并在此基础上搭建全流程数据平台、质量判定系统、过程监控系统、质量分析系统、质量辅助系统与扩展系统。新型智能产线网络架构设计对提升产品质量、降低生产能耗及提升智能制造水平具有重要意义。
Combining the requirements of customized production of heavy plate with practical production, a design of plant-wide processes network architecture for heavy plate smart production line was made up. The production data integration management platform and professional management system module were added. The MES system’s function of flexible manufacturing was strengthened. The product quality by precise process control in the each work process was promoted and the production energy consumption was reduced. Crosswise network architecture contains the system of quality analysis, equipment diagnosis management,energy management. Further more, a full process data platform was build, the system of quality decision, process monitoring, quality analysis, quality assist and extension were set up. The design of new intelligent production line network architecture has great significance on improvement of product quality, reduction of production energy consumption and enhancement of the intelligent manufacture level.
