工业机器人在钢铁行业的应用研究

Research on Application of Industrial Robots in Iron and Steel Industry

工业机器人在钢铁制造业中逐步使用,降低了企业成本,增加了企业的效益,提高了员工安全保障。随着工业4.0的到来以及国际竞争压力的加大,国内众多钢企纷纷加大工业机器人的投入与研发,壮大自身发展实力,以期竞争中脱颖而出。简要概述了工业机器人在钢铁工业的主要应用,介绍了国内几家主要钢企在工业机器人方面的发展以及应用,并对国内钢铁企业使用工业机器人后的趋势做了预测。

Industrial robots are gradually used in the iron and steel manufacturing industry, which reduces the cost of enterprises,increases the efficiency of enterprises, and improves the safety of employees. With the arrival of industrial 4.0 and the increasing pressure of international competition, to strengthen their own development capacity and to stand out in the competition, many domestic steel enterprises have increased the investment and research and development of industrial robots. In this paper, the main applications of industrial robots in iron and steel industry are summarized, and the development and application of industrial robots in several domestic steel enterprises are summarized. It also puts forward some suggestions on how to build R & D teams for domestic steel enterprises.
