摘要 通过创新设计双边剪位移传感器与感应圈定位融为一体的行走定位装置,定尺剪采用激光测速仪代替测量辊等措施实现钢板长度精确测量,钢板剪切补偿值根据钢板规格、剪切温度进行了固化,宽度余量和长度余量分别控制在10 mm和25 mm以内,成材率由89.58%提高到91.56%。 Through innovative design, a walking positioning device integrated with bilateral shear displacement sensor and induction coil positioning is designed. Accurate measurement of steel plate length is realized by using laser velocimeter instead of roller. Shear compensation value of steel plate is standardized according to steel plate thickness and shear temperature. The width allowance and the length allowance are within 10 mm and 25 mm respectively, the yield of steel is increased from 89.58% to 91.56%.
