摘要
脱圈率是衡量玻璃纤维直接无捻粗纱工艺适用性的关键指标。通过对近年来玻璃纤维直接无捻粗纱产品发生的脱圈问题进行统计归纳,分析了几种典型的脱圈现象及其形成原因,并针对性提出了解决思路和方向,为提高企业的生产效率和技术改进提供参考。
Shelling rate is the key and primary index to measure the applicability of glass fiber direct roving. Based on the shelling problem statistics data, this article analyzes several typical shelling phenomena and their reasons, and provides some methods to solve the problem correspondingly, which can be the reference to enhance the production efficiency and improve the technology in glass fiber enterprises.
