对ECR玻璃纤维池窑拉丝生产线的拉丝断头样品进行了收集、归类和鉴定,分析研究了主要断头种类的产生机理和产生部位,同时也讨论了如何减少断头出现或者尽可能避免的手段,希望能够为生产和设计提供一定的帮助和借鉴。

The samples of broken filaments occurring in ECR glass fiber production by direct-melt process in Shandong Jiuding were classified and assessed, and the forming mechanism and the location of the main types of broken filaments were analyzed. Furthermore, the means to avoid the breakages were studied, which was expected to provide a certain value for the production and design.
