连续玻纤增强聚丙烯预浸料工艺探究 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交实验法设计方案,利用自行设计的拉挤生产线,制备出了连续玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料单向预浸料。研究了纤维预热温度、浸润模具温度、牵引速度和计量泵转速对预浸料的纤维含量、密度、孔隙率和拉伸强度的影响,确定出最佳的生产工艺参数:纤维预热温度120℃、浸润模具温度220℃、牵引速度5 m/min、计量泵转速为12 r/min。 Compared with thermosetting composites, polypropylene composites have a series of advantages such as short molding cycle, high production efficiency, long storage time of prepreg, recyclability and so on. In the classification of polypropylene composites, continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene composites have higher strength, modulus and other mechanical properties than short fiber and long fiber reinforced polypropylene composites. The research of production process of continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene composites is of great significance.As described in this paper, a type of unidirectional prepreg of continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites was prepared by orthogonal experiment. The effects of fiber preheating temperature, impregnation mold temperature, traction speed and resin extrusion speed were studied. The preheating temperature was 120 ℃, the mold temperature was 220 ℃, the traction speed was 5m/min, and the metering pump rotation rate was 12 r/min.
