摘要
针对余热锅炉运行中出现的高温区炉壳超温、内护板变形、噪音超标问题,对余热锅炉高温区内保温以往的结构进行了分析,提出了优化结构。结果表明,优化结构采用分层错列的固定方式能够有效解决炉壳超温、内护板变形、噪音超标的问题,同时介绍了优化结构在安装过程中的注意事项。
In view of the problems of HRSG such as over-temperature of furnace shell,inner plate deformation,excessive noise,we analyzed the past structure of high temperature thermal insulation,then optimized the structure.The results show that the optimized structure adopts stratified and staggered fixed way can effectively solve those problems.At the same time,we introduce attention in the process of installation for the optimized structure.
