摘要
发展中国家50%以上的粮食储藏在农户,但由于农户储粮方法原始、设施简陋、工艺落后等原因,农户储粮损失特别严重,粮食储藏环节的损失成为发展中国家粮食产后各环节(从收获到消费)损失最严重的,占总损失的50%~60%。使用科学储藏方法可使农户储粮损失降低至1%~2%。对发展中国家主要粮食种类农户储藏减损研究进行综述,对造成损失的主要因素和可能采取的减损措施进行了讨论。
More than 50% grains in developing countries and regions is stored by farmers,the loss of grain storage is the most serious loss of grains in developing countries(from harvest to consumption),among which 50%-60% cereal grains can be lost during the storage stage in farmers’ due only to the lack of technology,infrastructure,and knowledge.Use of scientific storage methods can reduce farmers losses to as low as 1%-2%.This paper provides a comprehensive literature review of the reduction of farmer grain storage losses in developing countries,the status and causes of storage losses and discusses the technological interventions to reduce these losses.
