摘要
通过"量身定制"的安装于仓外的储粮专用空调和谷冷相结合的控温方法,探索形成了华南地区浅圆仓玉米安全度夏控温新模式和控温新工艺。结果表明:该控温模式有效解决了长期存在的浅圆仓玉米上层发热问题,实现最高粮温不超过30.0℃,平均粮温20.0℃左右的控温目标;探索总结出一种具有创新性、有效性和良好安全性的浅圆仓空调控温系统新工艺。
A new method of controlling grain temperature was studied,combing individually tailored exclusive air conditioner with grain chiller.The results showed that the method of controlling temperature solved effectively the longstanding problem of the corn surface heating in squat silo.The aim was achieved,that the highest temperature of grain on the surface can be controlled below 30℃ and the average temperature of grain can be controlled about 20℃.The new pattern and process of controlling grain temperature was innovative,effective,and safe to ensure the safe storage of corn during summer in squat silo in Southern China.
