摘要
采用GPC自动净化浓缩前处理,GC/MS检测分析植物油中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,结果显示:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)在0~20μg/m L范围内具有良好线性,相关系数(R2) 0.9997,加标回收平均范围在91.8%~98.7%,相对标准偏差在1.77%~3.04%;其余17种邻苯二甲酸酯在0.02μg/m L~1.0μg/m L范围内具有良好线性,相关系数(R2)范围在0.986~0.999,加标回收平均范围在85.9%~108.6%,相对标准偏差在0.78%~6.21%。
18 phthalate esters in vegetable oil were analyzed by the GPC auto-decontamination pretreatments and GC/MS methods.The results showed that DINP had good linearity in the range of 0-20 ug/m L,correlation coefficient(R2) was 0.9997,average recovery range was 91.8%-98.7%,relative standard deviation was 1.77%~3.04%;The other 17 kinds of phthalates also had good linearity in the range of 0.02-1.0 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient(R2) ranges from 0.986 to 0.999.The average recovery range were 85.9%~108.6%,and the relative standard deviation were 0.78%~6.21%.
