快速谷物分析仪测定小麦水分和容重的适用性验证

APPLICABILITY VALIDATION OF FAST GRAIN ANALYZER FOR DETERMINING MOISTURE CONTENT AND VOLUME WEIGHT OF WHEAT

对快速谷物分析仪测定小麦的水分含量和容重进行了适用性验证。通过快检设备对小麦的水分和容重进行了测定,将结果与国标法进行比较和分析,验证设备的准确性、重复性和稳定性是否达到仪器技术指标和国标规定的要求。准确性验证通过SPSS配对T检验,重复性验证通过■X■2检验,稳定性通过单因素方差分析。结果表明:快速谷物分析仪校准后,测定小麦水分含量和容重时,其准确性、重复性、稳定性均能达到仪器的技术指标和国标规定的要求,适用于小麦水分和容重的快速测定。

The applicability of the fast grain analyzer for determining moisture content and volume weight of wheat was verified.The moisture content and Volume weight of wheat were determined by fast testing equipment,and the results were compared with the national standard method to find,whether the accuracy,repeatability and stability of the equipment meet the instrument technical index and the national standard.The accuracy was analyzed by SPSS paired T test,the repeatability was analyzed by χ^2 test,and the stability was analyzed by one-way ANOVA.The results show that,after calibration,the accuracy,repeatability and stability of the fast grain analyzer for determining moisture content and volume weight of wheat can meet the instrument technical index and the national standard,which can be applied to the rapid determination of moisture content and volume weight of wheat.
